DID YOU KNOW CHOCOLATE COULD PROVE
A KILLER FOR YOUR BEST FRIEND?

Dogs and chocolate can prove a deadly combination.  Whilst  humans can enjoy a piece of the nation’s favourite
confectionery, pet owners should realise that it is dangerous to feed dogs chocolate as it is one of the most
common canine toxins affecting over 1,100 animals a year.

However don’t despair as help is at hand for our four-legged best friends. Good Boy Choc is a specially formulated
chocolate substitute for dogs and is perfectly safe for them to eat.

Chocolate contains a naturally occurring compound called theobromine which is found in the cocoa bean.
While this is fine for humans, it is poisonous to pets. Symptoms of chocolate poisoning in dogs include vomiting,
restlessness and diarrhoea. The central nervous system, heart and kidneys can also be affected and in the
worst cases chocolate poisoning can be fatal to dogs. See the facts for more information.

Good Boy Choc is made from a specially developed recipe that does not contain cocoa and so is
completely safe for dogs to eat.
